We are excited to introduce our new Outstanding Team Member Award, a quarterly recognition program that replaces Employee of the Month. This award highlights staff who exemplify our values and/or demonstrate exceptional commitment, innovation, clinical excellence, and service.
Nominated by the Leadership Team, finalists are selected by the Executive Team. Winners and nominees are celebrated across our Intranet, Closed Facebook Group, posters, and public-facing Facebook page. They also receive:
