Aged Care Conversations by Harbourside is hosted by Kylie Jacques.
Kylie is Harbourside’s Executive Officer and has worked in aged care for more than 25 years, across governance, marketing, communications, public relations, customer service and engagement. Her experience has given her an understanding of the questions, concerns and decisions people face when exploring aged care. She knows how much a friendly face and a clear answer can help.
Through warm, thoughtful conversations, Kylie invites staff, residents and families to share their knowledge and experiences, helping listeners feel more connected and confident about the path ahead.
